I have lived in Northern California for over 20 years--in the Oroville area since 2002. My love for the foothills and higher elevations surrounding Lake Oroville since 1976 encouraged me to specialize in the outlying foothill communities.
The knowledge I have in wells, septic systems and lot preparation is beneficial to clients for vacant land development. After many years of traveling the roads in the foothills and the surrounding areas I have saved several clients from being lost forever (or so it seems) on these bumpy, dusty, country roads when searching for their dream property of vacant land, residential, farms or ranches.
